Նունե Սմբատյան – The 8th of March is coming, and we are carrying out the project Dedication to Mothers. The best person for us in the whole world is, of course, Mother. Why do I love Mother. I love her because she is she is affectionate and kind, I love her because she knows how to empathize (ապրումակցել) and forgive us, and because she is beautiful and smart. Mom knows how to cook delicious food and she is never bored with her. She knows a lot and will always help us. Mom gives us a feeling of happiness, worries about us, supports us in difficult times. But, most importantly, we love her because she is just our mother.

Լիանա Հակոբյան, Լուսինե Ներսեսյան – On the first of March we are going to have a gathering of Math teachers. Gevorg Hakobyan will also be present. Each of the math teachers is going to present his / her project “Circle”.

The basic arithmetic operations are: addition-գումարում, subtraction – հանում, multiplication – բազմապատկում, division – բաժանում

Addition

2+3 = 5 2 plus 3 equals 5. 2 and 3 is 5.

Subtraction

Նելլի Գեղամյան – Women’s International Day, the 8th of March is coming, and at our College, we are also implementing the project Dedication to Mother.

The project is implemented within the framework of the Dedication project of the Educational Complex. The main goal is to involve students in spring gardening work, to develop and stimulate students’ desire to work with the soil, in the garden. We are going to create a beautiful spring environment. We will decorate the entrance to the Winemaking laboratory with flowers.

I also want to tell you about our recent educational trip to Arates.

Our Educational Trip to Arates 

My recent trip to Arates was mostly technological. The reason for such orientation was The Art project, which has been going on since last summer. The College students are actively taking part in this project. 

The first day of our three-day educational trip was devoted to aromatherapy. We made candles with the smell of orange and lavender. I taught the students how to make candles, and which kind of oil should be used for different purposes. For example, orange can change your mood and create an atmosphere of fun and happiness. The smell of lavender makes you avoid stress and creates calmness. Using this information our students created masterpieces of candle making by using their own imagination. 

The next day was devoted to working in the cottage of Art, where one of our art teachers was creating a wonderful yard next to the cottage. Our students helped Mr. Harutyun to clean up the territory. 

We also started to make special lighting for the bedrooms and Art school cottage. We decided to make special creative lamps for all the rooms. For this purpose, we used wood, logs and rope. It was a simple and modern construction in loft style.  

At the end of the day, we went on hiking to Arates Monastery and to the mountains on the opposite side of the village. The sights were brilliant and we took a lot of photos. 

Arates Schooling Center is one of the most important parts of our achievement of our EduComplex. During such trips our students gain experience in collaborative teamwork. 

Աննա Հարությունյան – We carried out interesting projects in February. We visited our Training Farm and our students enjoyed horse riding. We have read some poems by Hovhannes Tumanyan. For example, we read The Siege of Tmouk Castle. Every Friday we took part in the Media Friday Concert. Our students played chess with the members of the Chess Club.

It was especially interesting for me to take part in the English lessons organized by the English Club.
