Ուսումնական նյութ Քոլեջի «Զբոսաշրջության ծառայությունների կազմակերպում» մասնագիտությունը սովորողների համար:

When tourists come to a foreign country, apart from historical monuments, places of interest, accommodations, they are very much interested in the national cuisine of the given country. I think the most delicious Armenian dish is dolma. It is made either with cabbage or vine leaves. The following ingredients are used while making dolma: ground beef, rice, parsley, some salt, red and black ground pepper. Everything is mixed and this stuffing is wrapped either with cabbage or vine leaves. Very little amount of water is added in to the pot and dumplings are covered with a plate.

The next dish which can be offered to the tourists is harissa. The following ingredients are used: chicken or lamb but without bones and then with wheat. When it is served, some butter is added.

Spas is a kind of soup made from yogurt (matsun), wheat, some butter and coriander. While cooking spas you should always stir until it boils.

Khash.. the ingredients are: beef feet, matsun, garlic. Khash is eaten with Armenian national bread lavash. It is preferrable to eat khash and drink vodka. The table for khash is laid with lavash, reddish, greens and pickled peppers.( ծիծակ).

I think that in order to learn a new language, it is not enough to know only words, you also need to know some linguistic structures of that language, and some grammatical rules.

It was very pleasant for me to take part in the round-table discussion of the foreign language teachers and students of our College. The first and second year students were summarizing the projects they have realized this year. The whole process of the meeting was amazing. The students presented their projects in Russian (teacher: Mariam Kalantaryan), English (teacher: Diana Asryan), Spanish (teacher: Bella Abrahamyan), and in Italian (teacher: Mariam Sardaryan). Books

Don’t you think books are the best thing in the world? I can’t remember a time in my life when I wasn’t reading a book. I still have memories of being in my school library when I was about five years old. I have been a bit of a bookworm since then. You’ll usually see me with my head buried in a book. I love all kinds of books. Novels are great for getting to know other worlds and cultures. A good book is one where you never want the story to end. I also like autobiographies because I think it’s interesting to read about people’s lives. Encyclopedias are cool too – you can learn everything about everything in these. I still prefer books to the Internet. Books need to be in your hand and made of paper.

Books

As a mother tongue teacher, I think reading is the best way to literacy (գրագիտություն). The book not only takes a person to a wonderful world, but it is also the most effective way to be literate. This is the reason(պատճառը), why I have dedicated (նվիրել) one of the 5 hours of the native language to reading. Every Friday we spend the mother tongue lesson with my students in the Tigran Hayrapetyan library of the educational complex. Students choose the book they are interested in and read. Sometimes they tell about what they read in class, sometimes they write on their blogs. I find it very important for my students to interact (շփում) with the book, as many learners take the book home with them after reading it. And the students who are not fond of reading, turn the pages of the books, look at pictures, read small explanations (բացատրություն) written next to the pictures, communicate like that.

My Day
